Katrina Mcara - Taste Success Coach

Katrina's journey with health and fitness started early on with fueling herself for sport and then in later years to improve her own health. Including her eczema, which is now managed by wholefoods, instead of creams. Over the last 15 years, Katrina has worked in the fitness industry and as a secondary P.E. Teacher.

As well as running her own fitness business, Katrina is a Mum to two young children. She also loves sport and has just completed her first half Ironman. For Katrina, the best parts of the Taste Success programmes are that they are simple to follow, with a variety of wholefoods, which are easy to prepare for busy families. Katrina believes that the Taste Success programmes are a great way to increase your wellbeing through sound nutrition. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals to be the best version of yourself. Katrina is based in Waikouaiti.

Emma Frew-Tobaiwa - Taste Success Coach

Emma is based in the Dunedin area. Her teaching career has seen her offer educational and lifestyle support to children and their families for over twelve years.

Emma has had digestive and mindset sensitivities for a significant part of her life. It wasn’t until she began a food first approach to her health that she began to heal and experience the benefits.

Emma continues to be inspired and motivated to self-educate on holistic health and well-being. She has taken her education further by completing a Mindfulness NZ training, Certificate of Mental Health and Nutrition and is currently studying towards a Diploma of Nutrition.

Emma is passionate about supporting others on their journey to wellness, especially women who may be experiencing nutritional & lifestyle depletion.

Emma loves the convenience of the meal plans & shopping lists. Also the added bonus of a mindset programme is outstanding. Health and well-being can be significantly enhanced when a holistic approach, where the mind, body and spirit become one, is prioritised.
